The Director, Patient Services is responsible for providing leadership in the development of an operational and strategic plan that supports the continuous growth and clinical excellence of the assigned services. In collaboration with the Vice President for Patient Services/CNO, physicians of the service, the Director oversees the day-to-day activities of the service. The Director is responsible for consistently applying the Hospital’s values of respect, responsiveness and responsibility in the constant pursuit of excellence in improving the health status of the people of the region. The Director will carry out their responsibilities in a manner that supports and role models an open, honest, positive, collaborative, and collegial learning environment. Their leadership responsibilities include educating and holding the management team accountable for effective and appropriate utilization of available resources.
